All Characters within the game have been designed to portray a realistic view of the world as it had been in the 1920s, societally, politically and generally. In that sense however, there are very strict lines on who each person had to be, what work they were able to do and how they were supposed to conduct themselves.

We have created the characters with these subjects in mind, but have no intent of honoring them just because – you are free to interpret the characters available in any way you want, to roleplay as another gender from the one that your characters is supposed to belong to (as long as you can physically pull off a fairly accurate representation), and are generally free to do with your character as you see fit.
